Dominic’s presentation began by looking at  the back ground to the financial crisis and how it had such a big impact on the global economy.

He discussed the causes and the subsequent consequences with a focus on Natwest and RBS. He was able to relate to personal experiences of some of the employees there at the time as well as detailed further research he had carried out.

A question and answer session followed the presentation with students interested in the likelihood of such a crisis happening again.
