We offer full support for all Early Careers Teachers, at whatever stage of their career.  For our more experienced colleagues, Freemen’s also runs an extensive Continuing Professional Learning (CPL) programme through a combination of Inset days and after school twilight sessions which aims to encourage skill development and innovation to keep teaching exciting and challenging for our students. The Enquiring Schools Programme, together with coaching and peer observation enables staff to delve deeper into areas of interest and to share best practice across the staff body.
