House Art: "The City of London"
This year, the House Art theme was “The City of London”. Once again, there were five categories to enter: illustrated poem, computer graphics/photography, 2-D work, 3-D work and textiles.
We had a grand total of 234 entries, and the age group winners have all been marked with a sticker.
Congratulations to Ruby Wilson who came third overall for her textile entry, Amelie Hartley who came second overall for her 2D entry and the winner of this year’s House Art was Tabby Houseman for her 3D entry.
When the entry points and place points were added together, Hale House came in third place, Whittington House second and congratulations to Gresham House, the 2016 House Art winners.
The Heads of House would like to thank everybody who entered and gained valuable House points which go towards the Kemp House shield. Please do come to take a look at the entries which are displayed in the Junior School Foyer.
