I studied Chemical Engineering at Magdalene College, Cambridge and now work with Cyrus Capital Partners, an SEC registered investment adviser that invests, on a global basis, in securities and loans issued by both Corporates and Sovereigns. 

We invest across the entire capital structure of companies, taking both long and short positions in debt, equity and derivative instruments. This involves fundamental analysis into how a business works, legal analysis of the documents governing their lending and finally, making investments based on this analysis.

The work is very exciting and extremely rewarding. My advice for current Freemen’s students is to work hard, stay active, maintain a great network and most importantly, to find your vocation.
