After Freemen’s, I went on to study Neuroscience at Caius College, Cambridge University. During my second year, I completed an internship at L’Oreal in category management, which led on to 17 years at L’Oreal progressing across various parts of the business starting in the scientific advisory department, marketing, advertising, luxury products retail before eventually moving into the consumer products division where I led Maybelline UKI & Western Europe as General Manager.

I’m now at Charlotte Tilbury as Chief Marketing Officer. Charlotte Tilbury has been quite a phenomenon in the beauty industry since it launched just 6 years ago. It has been consistently leading growth since launch, and is now estimated to be the #3 brand in the UK, and having similar impact in newer markets US, APAC, Europe and Middle East.
