Class of 2003, Founder of The Chocolate Club Hong Kong
I was a boarder at Freemen’s over 16 years ago. After Freemen’s, I went on to study Nutrition at King’s College London and then moved to Tokyo for a year to study Japanese. I worked at a British confectionary trading company as a Food Product Developer for a couple of years before starting my own chocolate business, The Chocolate Club Hong Kong.
I am currently taking a WSET course for wine and spirits and brushing up my tasting palate. All food and beverage are interrelated and I want to see if there are any skills that could be adapted into the chocolate tasting education workshops we run at The Chocolate Club. My dream is to create my own brand and open my own chocolate shop. Hopefully, it will happen within the next 5 years.
