COVid-19 Update

In light of the Secretary of State’s announcement on 18 March, Freemen’s will transition to a full remote learning and support model from Monday 23 March.

With prior agreement, the doors of Freemen’s remain open for the purposes of supervising of pupils of Key Workers, as described by HM Government, for the foreseeable future.

Parents of pupils completing their learning at home, should please access the secure Parents Area of the website for copies of all communications which have been sent to assist with transitioning to remote learning.

It is our sincere intention that the educational impact of the current crisis on all our pupils is minimised. Pastoral care and student wellbeing remains, as always, a key focus and priority for our community, and remote learning will not divert that focus. We will be continuing to look at ways in which we can support our young people who remain in our charge .

Thank you for your support at this challenging time.
