Freemen’s entered the ESAA School Cross-Country Cup on Thursday 12^th October held at Caterham School, a technical hilly course through the school’s woodland. It is on a mix of trails and grass. All four races feature a gruelling 70m climb, with the Inter Boys course tacking the climb to the top twice. The Freemen’s athletes faced tough competition and raced superbly. Our top finishers were K. Valkenburg (1^st), L. Pearson (3^rd) and T. Cheshire (8^th). E. and A. Hartley completed the Inter Girls’ team and have qualified for the Regional Finals at The Judd School, Tonbridge on 11^th November.
