Sunday saw some of Surrey's top fencers on show at Epsom College at the Surrey Youth Fencing Championships. Freemens pupils performed extremely well with Stephanie Taylor and Megan Haine gaining first and second places respectively in the Under 16 Girls Epee competition. Mark Taylor was second in the boys Under 14 Boys Epee competition and Sophie Arter and Jessica Barnor were awarded joint third place in the Under 12 Girls Epee competition. It was a highly competitive day of fencing but all those performing enjoyed battling it out.
