Time to Talk Day
To coincide with Time to Change's Time to Talk Day, our medical team are running stands to promote talking about mental health and wellbeing.
To raise awareness of mental health and wellbeing, The Medical Centre are running special days in the Junior and Senior School to coincide with the Time to Change's Time to Talk Day.
On the Time to Change website they talk about how mental health problems affect one in four of us, yet too many people are made to feel isolated, ashamed and worthless because of this.
Time to Talk Day encourages everyone to be more open about mental health – to talk, to listen, to change lives.
The medical team will be available on two Wednesdays in February from 10am to 2pm to talk to pupils about mental health and wellbeing and knowing what to say or do if they feel sad or know someone who feels sad.
Wednesday 5 February – Haywood Centre
Wednesday 12 February – Junior School Foyer
