As the newly appointed catering team, Thomas Franks is extremely excited about the new partnership with City of London Freemen's School. We will ensure that the catering matches the same level of excellence that is evident in other areas of school life.
Our aim is to provide a memorable dining experience for the whole community: relaxing yet exciting, adding to the school to make it feel like a home from home at mealtimes.

Thomas Franks Parents Portal
Thomas Franks have developed our Parent Portal to support our schools to enhance communication and information relating to the food services at school.
The portal has many functions including a very effective parent feedback tool. The feedback is monitored by us and the school, but is directly received by the catering team.
This close relationship forms a very good foundation for direct parent feedback groups. We invite parents into schools to meet our teams, taste the food, ask us questions about our food and gain reassurances about our strict allergen and intolerance policies.
Our marketing department will support the catering team and train them on how to take good food photos that really show off the quality and presentation of the food at City of London Freemen’s. We are active on Twitter, Instagram and LinkedIn. Many of our school clients also post about our special theme days, events and pop-ups as they are so proud of what we have delivered.
