Students explore a vast range of musical styles from the music of Mozart to Rap and discover music through a variety of activities that are fun and engaging. Students become familiar with music software such as Garageband, Logic Pro and Sibelius.

GCSE Music

Students study the AQA specification at GCSE level. This course is divided into three sections. 30% performance, 30% composing and the final 40% is a Listening Paper. Exam results are consistently excellent with last year's candidates achieving 100% 9-8 grades.
